The K'é Standard

Most customer service training teaches scripts. This one teaches relationship. It's built on K'é — the Diné understanding that every person who walks through your doors arrives already related to you — and it targets the gap between service that is clinically correct and service people actually experience as respectful.

About

Nathaniel Brown

Founder & Principal Consultant. Citizen of the Diné Nation. Born and raised in Dennehotso/Kayenta, Arizona.

Nathaniel served two terms as a Navajo Nation Council Delegate, chairing the Navajo Language Committee, and represented the Navajo Nation at the United Nations from 2017 to 2019. During his tenure he secured more than $98 million in chapter infrastructure funding — solar, broadband, housing, and water.

He authored the Navajo Nation's human trafficking legislation and received the U.S. Presidential Award for Extraordinary Efforts to Combat Trafficking in Persons.

He is a fluent speaker of Diné Bizaad with deep grounding in traditional Diné philosophy — the SNBH framework, the Seven Guiding Principles of the Holy People, K'é, Hózhó, and the four sacred mountains.
